The purpose of this guide is to teach and inform both women and men about female genital anatomy and physiology (functioning). It contains information on the vulva (external genitals), vagina, hymen, pubic hair development, the internal organs of the pelvis (including the ovaries and uterus), and common diseases of the female reproductive tract.
