So far everything that I have read indicates early diagnosis is the best. But I have not found out what early means. Is this within days, weeks or months of finding a suspicious mole? I have one now that I've been watching for about four months and have the doctor appointment for two weeks from now. Also I just found my mother had melanoma. So what is early diagnosis?
