I have alot of moles too. If you have low self esteme over them wouldnt you feel more silly if people knew you used make up to cover them up? Personaly depending where the mols are and how big they are I dont find them repulsive at all. I know that I have never been said to be ugly because of moles. You can get some of the biggest ones cut off though if they really bother you but they leave bad scars. I got one on my back cut off because it was fucking huge and was worried about it getting cancer and losing half my spine lol.
