How badly does it hurt to break the hymen (assuming it does hurt)? And as long as i'm on the subject, how much does it usually bleed?

Well, if you break the hymen during stretching, running, etc. it shouldn't hurt. How much bleeding differs from girl to girl.

A lot of women don't even realize it when they do break it, and there is very little blood, some don't even bleed.
