Alright. I've recently been hearing of these certain symptoms of STD's. I've experienced the urge to urinate, but when I only a few drops come out and it burns. I've also had swollen lymph nodes which I heard are a symptom. Now I'm not sure which STD this would be. Another thing is this has only happened 2 or 3 times over the past year and a half, and only after masterbation about 2 or 3 times during the day it happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a urinary tract infection. If it is, it is diagnosed with a urine sample and antibiotics. I suppose it can be something else but it is the classic signs of a UTI. I would highly recommend a trip to the doctor regardless of what it is.
