I agree that it's better to be safe than sorry....but I know what you mean about embarrasing! Just getting up the nerve to make the phone call KNOWING the receptionist is going to ask what you need to be seen for......not something you just want to blurt out to anyone and everyone! Just remember the Doc's seen MUCH worse...and he/she won't even think twice about where it's located!
