if a guy has an STD or aids and you give him oral sex without a condomn, can you still get the disease even if you pull away before he cums, you never touch his semen?

For some STDs (e.g. herpes or genital warts) the risk is pretty much just as high. For some other STDs, the risk is lower, but not zero.
