What are the Symptoms of Testicular Cancer?

I believe I have testicular cancer.
One of my testes is like an egg; the other one like a crushed egg with no shell, just runny yolk.
I also have abdominal pains, which I also heard was a major sign of life-threatening cancer.
What else should I be looking for?
I am thinking of visiting a doctor [again] but would like to know what the problem is first.

You need to visit the doctor and request a psychological referral. You talked about penile cancer barely two months ago. Why always cancer, and why always involving the genitals? The hypochondria a part of the complex of issues that you have, but apparently are not addressing.

I agree that you should see a doctor, but my guess is that you have a Varicocele. You can look it up.

So having one completely deflated testicle is not cause for concern? It seems as though all I need to do is take a chill pill and everything will be alright? 
For your information I probably do have penile cancer, breast cancer and even cancer of the oesophagus, as well as testicular cancer. I am wondering where else it will spread.

If that were the case, you would have long since died. I suggest you go to the doctor with your ideas and see what he thinks. Then get a referral for psychological counseling. I'm not saying that lightly; you are undoubtedly suffering, and it's pointless. There's no need for it. You could really benefit from the help of a real-life person.
Or are you saying that your life is perfectly happy, plus or minus half a dozen types of cancer?
