I am wondering if it's possible to have testicular cancer without any lumps or abnormalities that can be seen and felt with your hands? I am asking because my left testicle hurts, a dull but definatly noticable pain that comes and goes and I have this general feeling of heaviness and discomfort in that area. Could these be symptoms of something? How long should I wait before seeing a doctor?
I know I just asked about another issue recently in the STD forum, and both of these appeared around the same time. It could be psychosomatic, I've had problems like that before, but I need to know.

Well, any pain that doesn't go away in a couple of days is something you should see a doctor about.
