Testicle Problem???

I was performing a testicular exam and noticed something I haven't noticed before on my right testicle-what feel likes a small, hard knot on the back on one end. I know that the epididymis attaches to the testicle, but is it a hard lump or could this be something?

Hey bud, that hard knot there is part of the testicle where the epiditimis attaches and is nothing to worry about.

Lance is always right so thats probably it but i decided to post anyways. Does this knot thing hurt at all when its touched or just left to hang? Do a little research and make sure its what Lance is telling you about, which is probably is cuz thats what i thought when i read ur post as well. But its always a good thing to make sure.
