That varies depending on when the guy first learns how to masturbate, and how long it takes his body to mature enough to produce semen.
Like for me, that time wasn't a few months, it was 3 years!!! I first learned to masturbate to orgasm at age 12, but didn't get my first ejaculation of semen until almost 15. So that was a LONG 3 years of dry orgasms for me!
