One could say it's a fetish, but I do occasionally use other techniques like lube or fruit occasionally, except they do feel as good to do on a regular basis. I recon most people would have this "fetish" if they ever tried it though, so I don't think it's to do with me

I can't imagine it being particularly effective for uncircumcised guys like myself. Having the skin over the glans would effectively block any pleasure from the fur...
is it not horrifically nasty to clean up?

I'm uncut myself, so I can't see any problem with it. You must have one hell of a lot of foreskin if it doesn't retract a little bit when you get hard. The feeling of it feels great as it stimulates my balls and buttocks at the same time, so it is a very intense feeling.
As for cleaning, I just cum into a small bit of cheap fur, which I can wash out occasionally, and when it get's fairly used, I can just replace it.
