How can I ejaculate more? I know the longer I masturbate the more I ejaculate. Does it have to do with diet and exercise as well?

Other than the stop-and-go masturbation method, I've heard that you can also try doing it while keeping the muscles you use for orgasm relaxed during the bulk of the session (supposedly this lets fluids collect more easily, don't know if it's true, though). And you could also try staying well hydrated, more water in your body logically means more water to make certain fluids with. Hope that helps.

It is so hard to go without jerking off. I have been trying to cut down, do to some sensitive areas around the head of my dick getting raw from doing it so much, but it is sooooo damn hard. So far, I have a day in without doing it, and hope to keep it up so I can blow my load like I used to back in the day. Getting that big wad on your stomach is so fulfillful (is that even a word?).

Thanks focus. The problem I have is if I go a week without masturbating I'll tend to have a wet dream. I find that my best ejaculations are when i've been masturbating for quite a while. I'm trying to improve though.

do you wear clothes or sleep naked? I've partly slept naked and had wet dreams. I havent had a dream in a while only because I'm masturbating.

I used to sleep with underwear for most of my life. But I recently switched to sleeping naked - love it. Although my one and only wet dream I had many years ago I was wearing briefs.

I love wet dreams and have been trying to get them by not jackin for a long time. I've gone up to 2 months before without cumming, and didn't get a wet dream. I've only had one wet dream in my life, and it was after only 5 days of not jacking, so go figure.
