any tips on how to get rid of it.. its not huge or anything.. but its still there and i hate it..
im so glad this forum is here:D.. ive had so many questions

yeah.. id love to lose 20.. my family is over weight.. but i KNOW i can lose some.. i just need the motivation.. i lost 25 pounds before.. i can do it again.. i just need to get fed up with my self

A lot of times if you lose weight, you'll lose some in your face. You can use a thing called facial flex. It works the muscles of the face. However, like Helms said a lot of times it's just genetic.

i find that stretching my neck up and down and back and forth helps its a bit also just burning off some fat shoudl do the trick.

you can buy one at qvc.com, it strengthens the muscles in your face and neck, and yeah it does work, it was on my local news a while back

oh i had always heard those devices really don't do much because you can't spot reduce fat.

I don't think that will work...and sexpert69 it's toning up the muscles of the face and neck which in turn lift everything.

with a towel or ace bandage wrapped around your chin, hold tight above your head and extend your jaw, 30 times a day.
