helms your metabolism does start to slow down a bit in your 20's and more so as you get older. however if you eat right and are in shape this shouldn't effect you very much.

Is there anyway to speed up my metabolism so i can loose weight.. ( im starting another diet ) Pills( legal,safe ones ) ? anything? thanks

Some people just have sucky metabolisms... I know for me, for about 10 years, I played soccer in the fall, basketball in the winter, and either soccer or softball in the spring, as well as competitive dance from Sept. to June every year... Despite ALL that activity, I've been bigger since about 4th grade... If I worked out insanely, I could probably drop a size or two and get down to a 12 or so... but basically, I've accepted the fact that I'm bigger... I stay active and I've always eaten pretty healthy... so my size is just something I have to accept...
If this isn't the case with you, then I'd just suggest exercise and eating healthier... diet pills aren't a smart way to go... Try adjusting your exercise habits and your eating habits first... If that doesn't work, then maybe consider other methods...
