if i cant read in a nosiey envorinment I mean I can read the words but i cant comprehend that the sentence is saying. that mean i have something. Or if i have a hard time undrestanding oral directions?

That's an interesting question. People with autism-related disorders as well as ADHD sometimes have difficulty following a long set of oral instructions, and there are may be other disorders that have a similar effect. But then if the instructions are complicated enough, most people couldn't follow them. I suppose the question is whether you find it harder to follow than most people seem to.

I find it almost impossible to read if my wife is speaking to me - I end up reading the same sentence over and over again, but that's because I feel I should be listening. I'm not sure about a noisy environment where it was just noise.

I think everyone has trouble reading and comprehending in a noisy environment.
