I might be the only one that loves chips (crisps) but have u ever noticed how fattening they r?...well the Lays company has these baked chips (crisps) that taste better than normal chips...and have like 1/10th of the fat...u ought to try em if ur dieting...or even if ur not.

Kool ive just lost 7 puonds in 3 weeks on that its the only thing i can really do ....its not much of a loss but to me it is cause its hard for me to lose weight with an under active thyroid problem.
