i am taking my prozac as from today again so i mena i think this has all come about becouse i stopped taking them being as daft as i am i thought becouse i ws better i dont need them well i know i do im sure ill be ok once these start to kick in...

is prozac ok to be taking if you're trying to conceive? i know some anti depressants aren't

if you have a child while you have your mood swings/depression/whatever else, i will fly up there and kick the shit out of you. i grew up with a bipolar schitzo mom who shot my dad dead and i would be more than happy to save a child from having even a portion of that. on the other hand, if you turn it around, more power to you and i hope you make a good mother.

I clicked on your name and read your personal info. You also have a website which I did not look to hard at. If my reading is correct it seems to me that you have a kid and you are at college. If you are having depression coupled with self-injurious behavior i advise you to seek counseling about "everything [you] have done wrong." The fact that you have a kid makes the need for action all the more imperative. By teh way, how supportive is your boyfriend?
I am not familiar with the UK university system, but in Amercian colleges your tuition pays for counselors at the school. Sometimes the wait list is long but if your behavioral problem is serious (as yours is) you should get access to them immediately. If the system in the UK is the same as in the USA this means you are already paying for a service. So make darn good use of it.

i have never hurt my son when i feel down i always tell my family and they do help me alot my partner is great...im going to the docs about taking these meds as i heard these ones arent very good for unborn children .....hopefulky she will give me another softer sort to take.

he was just saying that its not a good time to have a child now with your depression and other problems, which i agree... once you get yourself straightened up, then it might be a better time to try for kids.

fluffy... you shouldn't take it the wrong way. just being more blunt because i have experience with depressed crazy/schitzo parents. all i was saying is work on your own problems before you worry about bringing a human into this world and building him into a successful and strong adult.
