I don't necessarily have man boobs per se but I did once have "schmeebs" or "moobs" lol. And I'm sorry to say that the only way you will get rid of them is through getting that lazy ass of yours on a treadmill or doing some swimming.
Eat like 10% less then you do and jog or swim for 15-30 minutes a few times a week. You will slowly lose those man-titties and get in better overall shape

There is a rare condition of men getting significant breast tissue like a woman. This probably is not your case. Breasts are mostly fat tissue. The actual effective mammary glands and female breast tissue is very small as shown in a fully functional lactating A-cup.
You got fat my friend and you need to sweat it off. Either get out there and work it off or wear a "Bro"*.

You sound a lot like me. I am very tall and very well built, and I have a condition that is called gynecomastia. Look it up.
It's not affecting me anywhere near as bad as it used to, and it was never really a massive issue to begin with, but I had a hard lump of tissue directly behind my left nipple which caused it to protrude slightly more than the right. It also became VERY sensitive (i.e. sometimes wearing a shirt would cause me pain).
The lump has nearly gone now though, and the tenderness has gone too. Go to a doctor to get checked out.

No, it's the manzirre. And, BTW, do a lot of pushups, bench press, and chest flys. Really builds the pecs and burns fat.

Do lots of excercises to work out your pectoral muscles, turn the fat into muscle, many of these dont require too much activity and are quite easy

I think it might have been wildbk that resurrected the old thread.

Old thread, but it's actually quite common in males. 33% I think is the average.
Pecs that are built tend to compress the breast tissue making it less noticeable. So to get rid of it the hard way you have to work out. Sometimes it goes away once the hormones balance out sometimes it doesn't. There's always cosmetic surgery as well.
