What do you guys believe it comes from ? I asked my dentist straight up and he says brushing the tongue doesn't have anything to do with it. Well all the documentation from therabreath.com says the opposite. Dentist continued to say it's due to the bacteria / crap stuck in the gums. Whenever I brush (twice a day), it smells like toothpaste afterward... fine... but after that wears off... the foul odor is back. I know millions are affected by bad breath... but I'd like to know your thoughts... I truly believe the therabreath presentation about how it's genetically related... our tongues are all different and the odor can form from deep under the tongue... and all tongues are different (genetics). Thoughts ?

Did you consider what you eat-since this is often a primary cause of bad breath, have you always had it? Have you started eating some new foods that maybe your body isn't used too? Do you drink Coffee? Use an expensive mothwash and this can kill off any mild gum infections.. you can also get on prescription more powerful mouthwashes to fight stronger bacteria. good luck

For anyone researching therabreath products, I've used them and they aren't that great at all. Bad breath almost ALWAYS comes from your tonsils and adenoids surprisingly enough! With a combination of an excess of mucus and tonsil crypts your tonsils and adenoids form small balls that freakin stink! Technically they're called "Tonsilloliths" but more commonly known as tonsil stones.

If you wanna learn more about what they are and how to help prevent bad breath visit my site packed full of helpful info

try using mouth wash or brushing teeth as often as possible!

Also keep mints in your pockets. I read in my magazine that eatting yogurt help with bad breathe because it breaks down the bacteria in your mouth.. or something like that. I read that and tried it for a week and it worked!

It could be the gum disease gingivitis.
That causes bad breath.
Floss your teeth, because that's where the disease is usually located.
You could always use that mouthwash, 'breath RX'.
Seems like it's pretty good. With 'rx' in the name, who would question it??? lol
