so i just heard about people addicted to slomming,(Sticking Leeches On Myself) and was wondering what you get from having your blood sucked out? so does anyone here do it, or know what kind of high you get from it?
and no, i'm not trying to get in to it or anything. i could never intentionally drain my own blood, i'm just wondering.

Iv had leaches on me, it wasnt on purpose, I had been in the water swimmig and water skiing, came out and found several onme. It wasnt pleasant to get them off, i sure as hell wouldnt put them on me for fun.

Should you reread his reply, yuoll find that what they get out of it is to not goto jail.
He was referring to goverment officials as leaches, not the literal slimey little bastards that suck blood.

I've heard that when blood-letting was a standard medical procedure, it did actually make patients feel better (though it didn't help them get better). Perhaps the same thing could happen with leeches, though the medical leeches, now an uncommon species, are great big things, much bigger than most leeches.

I really didnt care, if someone is dumb enough to lay around in leeches letting them suck thier blood for fun, well fuck it, none of my business.
It does make me think of a scene in the great outdoors though, dan akroys and john candy and candys kids, fishing on the lake, fall asleep in the predawn light, and wake up covered in the bastards from the bait bucket.

When I was in high school my mom pulled me aside once and told me about this new thing people, mostly teenagers were into, called "The choking game" or something to that effect. Like the name implies, it involves literally choking yourself to the point of near death to reach that point of detachment you get from oxygen depravation.
In short, yes, people do do that kind of crazy shit.
