As again, it will get easier with time. My foreskin is fairly loose but when erect it will only naturally come down part way… with time and a lot of playing lol it should get easier

I don’t think you can actually put a time limit on how long it will take to settle down. In time and the more exposure (even just with air drying it out a little from time to time) the sensitivity will become less.

I would recommend seeming that you haven’t really cleaned it before properly for twice or three times a day cleaning. Although you don’t seem to be showing any signs of smegma build up, it will also help with the sensitivity. Using a mild soap with plenty of warm water, then going to once a day after a few weeks, any more than leaving it one day once you can pull it back freely is usually fatal for smells to start building up.

Hey I forgot to thank you guys for the help concerning smegma.
I clean there everyday now in the shower, and ever since I started there has been no smegma at all, only a ver very faint smell.
However, what I do is just clean it with soap, most of the time I just then pu the penis under the shower to wash it off better, will that do anything bad to sensitivity?

Hi, I was wondering how far back you have to pull the foreskin back to be totally 'clean' down there..I've reached the point where the head is completely exposed(I can move it to where its behind the head). Thanks.

The inner foreskin attaches just behind the head. So basically you pull back far enough to clean to where the skin attaches to the shaft.

One day i was masturbating and i accidently broke the cord attached to head and shaft. And last two weeks i accidently made a cut on the brokwn cord. Im trying to pull back the foreskin but it hurts like sh*t because of the cut. Any suggestions pleasE?

A couple of weeks or R & R for the poor little bugger!
You could try something like germolene antiseptic ointment, as it would also help ease the pain (bud have a read of the destructions, I can't remember if you can use it near "sensitive" parts of the body, but I can't see it being a problem), if after a couple of weeks without action and rest it still hurts. A trip to your doc may be in order.

Hi
I'm 18 and can't move my forskin oer the head of my penis. My girlfriend has done on a few occasions by accident (by hand jobs and oral), and its hurt a lot. I went to the docs and i'm booked for a partial circumcisiion in a few months - which i didn't want but saw as my only option - and for the time being i have some Dermovate cream which i'm using while trying stretching exersizes.
My question is:
I'm currently stretching while lying in bed, once or twice a day. I pull the forskin as far down the head as comfortably possible (a few cm) so it is being stretched and leave it there for 8 or 10 minutes (til i get bored of holding it back). Is this likely to work? Should I be pullin the skin back and forth rather than just holding it? If I do it in the bath wont that just mean that it'll be easier to go back in the bath but no change in real life (like somebody else on the board said)?
I've been with my girlfriend for over a year and we really want to sleep together, I just want this problem to go away! Is the operation going to be the best solution?

Hey bud, sounds like what you're doing could help. The purpose for the bath is that hot/warm water will make the foreskin more easily stretched and easier to work with. When done consistently this will help enlarge the opening of your foreskin..which is what you want to have happen. That pain you're feeling, is it because the head is so sensitive? IF so, that's really common and the more you expose the head of your penis to direct simulation, the less sensitive it'll be. As you stretch what you want to do is make the opening larger so that it'll easily slip over the head of your penis when erect and stay there, or move easily up and down on the shaft. I'll be glad to help give more specifics if you haven't found them on the board. Work at this daily and I hope you won't have to go through with that partical circumcision, it may not be necessary at all. So get to work and maybe you can keep that all important piece of skin.

sup. im 16, uncut and i've only been like... "retracted" a couple times. the most recent was last week I was with a girl, and she sorta did it. i've tried to do it myself on occasion, but it's really painful. i am not down with the vocab, but the dealie under my head starts hurting before my skin can even get behind the head. =/
What should I do? i mean she did it, and it sorta hurt (but then again i was also pretty drunk so i may not have noticed), but it didnt seem very painful. ive been readin around they say just keep trying and its eventually painless.
one of my first times getting head my gf sort of pushed it "too far" back, and I started bleeding. I know, gross hey? but it happened. (2 years ago)I guess that instance is whats making me scared from tryin to retract but.. yeah. i mean, HOW should I do it, you know? Any help plz.

Hey bud, that "dealie" under the head of your penis is called the frenulum, sounds like the "injury" you had a couple of years ago was because your g/f pulled it out too far and it may have torn a bit ago. Your foreskin can be stretched to allow it to easily move over the head of your penis and onto the shaft when you're erect. I'd suggest that you go all the way back on this thread to the first one that I posted. there you'll find some helpful tips on stretching and how to best do it. If you need more help or have other questions, please don't hesitate to let us know. you'll be just fine, this is a common thing to deal with for us uncut guys.

No question is stupid or dumb here. Smegma is a naturally occuring lubricant that is common among uncut guys. Often it collects under the foreskin and will appear as a yellowish clumpy substance and it has quite the smell. This is easily taken care of by retracting the foreskin and cleaning under there at least once a day, more if needed.

Sex without a retracted forskin is like rubbing yourself through your clothes. The sensation is not the same as touching your skin directly.
Yes you can heva sex without being able to retract but you risk forcible retraction which can cause tears in the foreskin or having it get stuck behind the head. Not to mention the hygiene issues.

As an uncut guy....all of the pleasure of my penis is in the head and just on the underside of it near the frenulum. Without it moving easily on the head and onto the shaft while thrusting, I might as well not be doing anything at all. And, if you're wearing a condom, you should really retract the foreskin and then put on the condom...it'll help with the pleasure and prevent the condom for as much tearing risk. And finally because penetration is just a bit easier when there is the "firm" pointed shape of the head, then shaft...

because it won't fit properly in the condom and the thing might break? i don't believe that... wouldn't they just make condoms with bigger heads for uncircumsised guys!!!???
anyway... you can have your extra pleasure from rolled back foreskin! i'm going to lose out on that little bit and avoid the ridiculous amount of pain that comes with fucking stretching it!!!

That's fine.. it's your choice. You can go ahead and deal with the ridiculous pain when you have sex without a condom and the vagina gets dry and your forskin is forced back. When it gets stuck behind the head and you freak out. Or when the forskin or frenulum tears becasue it was too tight. Go ahead and avoid the issue.

Hi!
I have a problem pulling down my foreskin, that i gave up a long time ago. I am 39, and the foreskin is very tight. I read that it is easy to retract the foreskin, everytime i tried in the bath, or shower. It would hurt tremendously, pulling it a little bit, enough to see the slit, of the head of the penis.
I went to a Urologist, actually 2 Urologists, they told me that i need a Circumcision. I once talked to a woman from the computer on the phone, she was telling me that her husband was uncut, and it didn't bother him, when he was fully aroused, the foreskin retracted on it's own naturally!
Got any advice on what to do, will it retract at all in time with soap and water, stretching the foreskin??? I am not certain!

At 39, you'll probably have a hard time stretching it out enough to be able to retract easily. You can try, but from what you say, it seems really tight and is a condition called phimosis. There are other options than a full circumsision. One of the options is a dorsal slit, where the forskin is cut so that it loosen the ring that is preventing retraction.

Hello, read all the posts and have had some success with stretching  . I can get the foreskin back over the glans when flaccid now, so can clean. But im having trouble stretching it enough to be able to retract when erect. I was just wondering if there is anything apart from the hormone creams that could be used to help.....would applying a moisturizer for example help loosen the skin?

Moisturizers? It probably won't be a much of a help. You should however be doing the stretching while erect.
