Lol.. Well i absolutely LOVE pepsi.. but lately... if I dont get any for a day, I'll start to crave it n stuff... THink I might be heading towards a real addiction?

That is how I was with Starbucks coffee a year or so ago. I just completely removed myself from it and I didn't crave it anymore.
However, there's a Starbucks about 15 minutes away from me, so I'm tempted to drive up there just for a Caramel Macchiato.

You could be physiologically addicted to the caffeine, that is very possible.
Also, you could be psychologically addicted to drink itself, and the routine of it. (Like smokers, who are addicted to the ACT of putting something in their mouth, rather than just the nicotine)
At this point, at the least, you should consider switching to one of their sugar-free products. Breaking a heavy caffeine addiction is a bit of a pain, but do-able. You don't seem to be drinking all that much, so quitting cold-turkey may be okay.

When it comes to taste and smell (two closely-related senses), you are quite sensitive to subtle differences. (Recall the fresh-versus-stale urine smell discusion.) There's so much sugar in both (and a little more in Pepsi, it's hard to taste anything else).
You should be a professional food or wine taster.

It's possible to become habituated to the effect of sugar. If you drink a sugared soda on an empty stomach, you get a rapid rise in blood sugar levels. I'm not sure whether the carbonation plays any part in speeding the absorption of sugar.
Depressed people often crave a sugar "fix".
There are problems with consuming all that sugar (and there is a lot of sugar in a 12-ounce can; there is an enormous amount of sugar in the supersized containers). But I'm not totally convinced of the safety of the artificial sweetner(s) they use. Better to drink in moderation, in any case.

Only enough the only way I like pepsi is warm. If I drink it cold it gives me Hic-ups... not sure why?? LoL
But all in all I am not a soda person, give me water or Iced-Tea

Im inteh same boat.
Im 35 years old and dnever had a pepsi, we alway had coke in my house, now its to the point where I cant taste one just on general principals because its just been too long.
I am loyal to coke, its the brand I buy, no other will do. Im also partial to Mountain Dew. Colas though I stick to Coke. a Few years ago, I enjoyed Jolt Cola too, but if they still make it its not availble in my neck of the woods anymore.

Lol. I've had a pepsi addiction. Its mostly the caffeine. Right now I'm on to energy drinks. Believe me, BAWLS beats pepsi all the time. Ahhh, Pepsi is good to drink when playing videogames.

I wouldn't quite call it an addiction...yet. I know I taste good, but you haven't had DAILY Pepsi YET!
4 of 7 days a week, is pretty hooked though, I must admit!

Im Im going to use milk and kahlua I prefer 1/2 and 1/2 1 oz, 1 oz of kahlua and an ounce of Vodka.
drink a few and you wont be up all night.
