do they test for weed at the doctors?

I'll be going for my yearly check-up in 3ish weeks and they always have me give a urine sample. What exactly do they check for? I know that they check sugar levels, but what else?
Is it likely that they would check for pot or other things? There have been some recent opportunities for me to smoke but I know that within the next 2-3 weeks I'll be going for my check-up and some THC would still be in my system.

I'm not sure what they check, but they aren't testing for drugs.
