Well, I've just noticed this recently. I'm 20 years old, not pregnant, not on my period or anything and I take the pill. My breasts always seem to hurt tremendously after wearing a bra and this never used to happen. I know the bra is big enough, but it feels like like my nipples and front end of my boobs are literally crushed and bruised when I take my bra off at the end of the day. Does anyone else get this? And what's the problem? It never happens when I don't wear a bra, but this isn't practical for university and such.

hmmm..maybe you haven't finished developing. do you remember when you hit puberty?
or maybe its a side effect from the pill?

I know I've quit growing...my breast size hasn't changed significantly in a while and I'm turning 21 in a month. I've been on the pill for 3 years and this never happened before. I'm concerned I'm actually somehow injuring my breasts by wearing a bra (might sound crazy)...
I started getting boobs at 11, so I guess that was when I hit puberty.

Mine hurt sometimes for a little while when I take my bra off at night. It never lasts long though. I think it is just the skin stretching back out after everything being held in place all day.
It is still a relief to get out of it though!

Ever considered getting your bra profesionally fitted for you?
Even if it dosn't turn out to be the reason for the pain, it's still worth doing.

Well I've definitely considered it but I'm a little poor right now. Do you mean just having a saleslady measure me or actually get a custom-made bra?

just getting the sales lady to fit you to make sure you have the right size and it's ajusted correctly for you. Most places will do it for free
