I had unprotected sex for the first time a few days ago. After sex, I washed my penis with Bath and Body Works handsoap. I am uncut. Well 1-2 days after the sex, I noticed red spots only on the head of my penis and foreskin. They itch a little and my foreskin is sore when I pull it back. Attached is a photo of what it looks like. I am a Type-I diabetic as well and have heard that it is kind of a double whammy for me to possibly get Yeast infections, becuase I am uncut and diabetic. Could someone please help me? Learn to focus or use the Macro function of your camera.

Anyways, yes it looks like a yeast infection. Go to the pharmacy and buy the female yeast infection creme and apply it to your cleaned and thoroughly dried penis. Use a hair blow drier. Do this in teh morning and the evening and it will go away in a couple of days.
