Cause for concern?

I have had sex twice, used a condom both times.
I was told by both girls before and after that they were both 100% clean of any STD's.
I work out on a regular basis and have been experiencing picky pains in my testicles, I feel it may be from straining to lift or an irregular blood flow while working out.
I've noticed on and off a clear mucus like fluid coming from my penis when I think about sex, I have been assuming it is just pre cum.
Should I be concerned? I can't say I trust either girl, but I did use a condom both times.

Small pains in the testicles aren't uncommon, and I don't think any STD causes them.
If the clear fluid is only when you are hard and horny, it's probably pre-cum. (If it comes out all the time, that's a different story.)
