I seriously doubt that squeezing can be a cause of cancer. However, my wife recently had an abnormal mammogram and consequent biopsy. The doctor mentioned that injury to the breast can cause abnormalities and potential cancer.

Cancer occurs when the control mechanisms for cell division go wrong in some way that is inherited by the daughter cells, so the cells keep dividing and dividing and making more and more. Injury can't do that - it needs very particular types of damage to the cell's DNA, usually caused by radiation or certain types of toxic chemicals. However, injury does cause cells to divide (to repair the injury) in a controlled way, and while a cell is dividing its DNA is unusually vulnerable to damage (because the two complementary strands are separated, and damage to one can no longer be repaired by reference to the other). Therefore injury enough to require cells to divide to repair it increases the (still very low) probability of a cancer forming.
That's why asbestos can lead to cancer - it doesn't cause it directly, but the fibres irritate the lung tissue, causing damage and consequent cell division to repair it.
Normal touching and squeezing has no effect at all (except that the woman is likely to clobber you, if you don't know her well).
