After I masturbate, sometimes I get a sorta bad pain in my prostate and anus, and it's a moderate pain, it only happens sometimes though. Why could this be happening?

See a doctor. Family doc, or a urologist if you have health coverage that doesn't require a referral.

It may not be anything, but it could be a problem that needs medical attention. The fact that you call the pain "moderate" is what concerns me.

A dull ache after a lot of stimulation and before ejaculating, or for a short time after ejaculating is pretty normal, in my experience. "Moderate" sounds like a problem, though.

See if you can rate the pain; it will help your doctor know what's going on. Use a scale of '1' (I can barely notice discomfort) through '5' (maybe I should see a doctor, but I'll try ibuprofen or icing it for now) to '10' (kill me or cut the f**ker off!!!).

Prepare yourself for one thing: The doctor will almost certainly do a digital rectal exam (the fabled gloved index finger with a gob of K-Y). It's no fun for most guys, but it's an important first step in determining whether you have a problem that needs to be treated.

That happens to me too when I either try to tense up too hard right before I cum or I cum too hard. Sometimes it hurts a little a few times it felt like a charlie horse under my nut bag in the gouch area
I've never had it checked out before and I'm still alive
