After a couple of years "waiting it out" like my doctor said i should (waste of time of course), want to sort this damn thing out. Went to see doctor again and of course he just says i need circumcision. Now why should i go through all that? Its only partial so i want to try a steroid cream but i aint a clue where im meant to get it.
Ive spent ages trawlin the web but its so unhelpful. Is it completely prescription only now or can i get it somewhere else

You need to go back to that doctor and ask for a prescription. Along with the creme you need to od dedicated stretching. Did you read the stretching threads?
