For the last week or two my breasts have been extreamly sore and tender and i'm begginning to get worried. The pain is almost unbearable, even the smallest pressure makes me want to cry. I have PCOS and don't get my menstral period normally so I don't think it's because of that. I'm only 21 so i don't think it's menopause. Because of the PCOS I'm pretty sure I'm not preggers. And I haven't felt any itching or lumps so i don't think it is anything like breast cysts, so what else could it possibly be? HELP, i'm totally freaking out!

Even with PCOS (i have it too) you can get pregnant (i have 3) is there any way you could be?
If not then a trip to the doctor sounds in order, sore breasts is luckily something i haven't had to put up with as part of my PCOS, but as the link helms posted it is very common.
