last time i was on here.. i shared to u guys that my feltem( inner penis skin ) was bleeding. ppl told me that it would heal.. but is it unusual for it to bleed again? i waited a couple months b4 i had sexual intercourse wit my girl friend again.. and when we did.. for some reason it ripped again.. and started bleeding like crazy.. how do i stop this.. can i ever have sex again without it bleeding?

I didn't go back to read all your previous posts, but I don't think you ever really explained the situation with your frenulum. Is it too short? too tight? Can you retract your forskin without any problem? When you pull back behind the head, does it pull the head down?

I actually had the same problem (frenulum, sp) for a little while. I'd recommend A) A change in sexual positions (IE doggie style, or anal may be too tight and stressful on the underside of the penis) and B) Use a moisturizer (Jergan's intense hand lotion)
Otherwise I think we'll need a bit more detail.

Ok ill tell u my past.. i was jus having sex with my girl friend. she told me to go on top so i did.. we went on for like 5 mins.. and then i told her to go on top b4 anything happened i pulled my penis out and there was blood everywhere.. i solved that though.. someone told me it was my frenulum and that it would heal in 2 weeks. Then couple months after, i had sex again. my girl friend was giving me head then she put on a condom and went on top.. for 10mins it was all good everything was fine. then when she told me to go doggy style.. about 5-10mins into it i pulled my penis out and my condom was full of blood. i was very scared. because i didnt think it would happen again and she didnt either. so does this mean i can only stay in one position? or does more moisturizer works?

I personally had this problem due to the over-tightness of doggy-style, and the type of condom I was using.
I took it easy for a while, used hand lotion (or moisturizing ointment for cuts etc) and I switched the type of condom I used. I'd also recommend not using soap on your penis for a little while; after you clean the initial cut you can easily keep it clean with just water (I used just water for about a week)
Previously, I had used Durex Spermicidal lubricant condoms; during sex they'd be okay, but if I didn't wash my penis within an hour or so, it would make the skin raw, itchy, irritated etc. I stopped using Spermicidal lubricant condoms (and did the above mentioned things) and I haven't had a problem since.

yes when i pull my skin back the head goes down. i think i dont have flexability on my frenulum.

You probably have a very short frenulum. You might better off to see a doctor and have the frenulum permanently cut so that it's not tight when you have an erection.

Your first sentence is confusing. Are you asking if it's common? I have no idea. I would guess it's not exactly common, but if you are having trouble it's better to take care of it.
Nothing will happen to your penis except that the frenulum would be gone and you would not have any issues with tightness and tearing.
Is the tear on the frenulum? The stretched skin like in this picture ?
