Not sure what it is, but every day for a long time my butt crack is kinda sweaty (I'm sure that is normal) after the end of the day. But after I wipe it, it has this really bad smell and there is no crap there buts its like this yellowish/white smegma like stuff. Almost like yeast or something with a displeasing yeast smell or something. Also my buttcrack gets really really irritated and red and itches all the time around it and my anus.
I almost feel like I have a yeast infection, but is that unheard of? What can I put on it? It seems like in the middle of the night it is the worse because its just an unpleasant uncontrollable itch sometimes. Any advice would help. Thanks

Yes, it's a yeast infection. You can get them anywhere, and especially places that are warm and moist, so buttcracks are indeed susceptible.
Get some antifungal cream from a pharmacy. Anything for yeast or thrush or tinea or ringworm or athlete's foot or jock itch will do. Keep using it for at least a week, preferably two, after it seems to have completely gone, or it may come back.

I understand that in female yeast infection they put monistat up in vagina like a tampon and it cleanses it out with that little ball thing that dissolves inside. Would just putting monistat 7 cream around my anus and buttcrack help out in this case?

probably. if monistat works in my dogs ear yeast infection, im sure it would help your buttcrack.
