Okay, this is going to be a little long, but at least it's going to have correct grammar.
My boyfriend and I have had sex twice since the last time I had my period. We used condoms both times, and nothing bad happened.
I usually start around the 30th, but it's the 5th now.
I've done my research (on this site and others) and I don't think I'm pregnant.
Last week, I moved back to college. I'm also in the process of changing my major. Both events are very stressful for me.
Also last week, I had a sore throat and headaches and whatnot. This week, I have flu-like symptoms.
The campus I live on is also pretty hilly, so I'm doing more exercise than I'm used to.
I'm pretty sure these are all factors in my late/missed period.
I know you have a lot of questions about basically the same thing, but my boyfriend is really freaking out. Basically, I want to make sure I'm not just making up excuses, and I'm not crazy.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that when I was supposed to start my period, there was some brownish discharge, like I was going to start. But then it stopped two days later. This is what worries me the most.

Sometime women skip their periods especially if there is a lot of stress going on in their lives as you described. The browninsh discharge is a normal precursor to menstrual flow. If you are still worried, get a pregnancy test.

Thank you. 
I told my boyfriend that if I didn't start again by this weekend when I come home, we'll get a pregnancy test.
