I think I've heard of that as a C.O.D. somewhere, the expansion of a stomach, giving no room in the body for the other organs and therefore resulting in death. I can't seem to find it on Google or Wikipedia, but I'm pretty sure I've heard of it.
I don't have much information to give, either. Sorry. :T

I don't think its nessicerly like the stomach is growing however, there is a growth in the stomach. Like.. a tumor or something. (i don't think it is a tumor.)

If you haven't had an X-ray or scan, you should get one.
Any growth is called a tumour, though not all tumours are malignant and life-threatening.

What makes it complicated is this isn't me.
I wish it was me.. but, its not.
To my knowledge its been described as fatal. I get the idea fatalities are pretty common from whats been discussed.

That sounds like a cancerous tumour. However, I suggest you try to get more precise information. When there's not much information, often things get garbled in transmission. A small risk from an operation might get exaggerated, for example.

True.. Other factors might also be playing a part.. too much is unknown at the moment.
