Hey Liverpool367 As our very own A2A Famous Star stated, Welcome to A2A. It sounds like you have a problem. I have not had to deal with this kind of think myself, but know some men that have. I know they were concerned about it and tried for several weeks or longer only for it to tear again when they were having sex. I would say you probably have a very short Frenulum. I would suggest seeking medical attention. It’s a medical problem that needs to be addresses and you don’t have to tell anyone you were having sex, just that it is continually ripping and you need it taken care of.
You didn’t say how old you were so I can assume you’re under 18 or you wouldn’t be worried that your Dad find out. I’m big on communication and I would hope my son would ask me about it if he was having the same problem.
Keep us in formed of what happens. It could help others here.

Likely. And once it doesn't feel sensitive (like "not-healed-yet sensitive"), you can try using the stretching exercises described on this forum on it -- hopefully they'll lengthen it a little, making it eventually less susceptible to breaking during sex.
