ok as some of you may know, i finally got a job, well my first assignment started today, and 5 hours or so into it, i start feeling like utter and complete crap, dizzy, headache, close to vomiting, rubberish like limbs, the work was basically moving boxes of books and such so does anyone have any idea what it might be?, ive had problems like this before so should i see a doctor or an allergist or something?

I suspect it's a combination of stress - starting a new job is always stressful - plus not being used to the hard physical demands of the job. If I'm right, you should find that it will get better with time.

These things can be insidious, acting when you don't realise they are.

The fact that all this happened as soon as you started your job shows that it's probably job-related.

Just wait and see what happens. If you still have this problem in a week or so, I'd start worrying about a medical issue.

ok i see, what im more apprehensive about is the idea of basically screwing them out of it if it is medical, and the fact that im just a temp so im not sure if theyd wait which i understand because they need people to work

Most people find it takes a bit of time to get used to a new job. A new job like you have is probably working out muscles you haven't been working nearly as much before. Limbs feeling rubbery is very suggestive of that.

That sounds good.

Even just being on your feet all day when you haven't been doing that before can take a bit of getting used to.
