Anyone know any good sleeping pills or just something i used to take something from the shops but weren't vert effective and im on something called Zopiclone which is ok but not perfect and i can only take 2 a week in care i get addicted to them. Any1 got any ideas?

Ambien knocks you out.
Seroquil (I know it's not spelled liek that, but oh well) also knocks me the fuck out, but it's not a sleeping pill.

Seroquil (I know it's not spelled liek that, but oh well) also knocks me the fuck out, but it's not a sleeping pill.
I don't know how to spell it either but my boyfriend takes the same medication. Because of that shit, mornings no longer exist in his life.
To the OP:
Sorry but I don't know any sleeping pills that are over the counter and won't make you become dependent.

Like Stillsearching said, it's NOT a sleeping pill. It's a pill to treat bipolar. That shit can't be taken lightly.
And it's spelled Seroquel (Quetiapine Fumarate).

I once got my hand on about 30 (no idea what size, but they weren't small) for free ... was told they would fuck me up if I took them.
Took one and got FUCKED up, but passed out about 15 minutes afterwards. I slept for more than 12 hours.
So I didn't really take anymore.... until the time at Military School when I was doing coke every night and I had to go to sleep. Coke = keeps you awake so I took one of those Seroquil every night... they STILL didn't put me to sleep, but they made me a little tired at least. Otherwise the coke would've kept me up all night.

Are you having trouble sleeping naturally? Or what do you mean by that? 
I just need 2 sleep at like 7:30pm so i can wake up a bit earlier but im finding it hard. And another reason which i used 2 want them for and will again this gf thing doesn't work out

That really disturbs me. No matter what happens in your life, drugging yourself with sleeping pills will not change anything.
I'm sorry to ask, but have you ever seeked professional help with a therapist or counselor before?

I don't believe in them. And also they cost money, that or get it on the NHS but that can take months.
