That's ok i get it almost everyday. But in your case it should pass hopefully if not are u sure nothin upseting has happend over the last week? what do u think when u get these spells?
i get that way too. then i lash out at people and accuse them of things they didn't do. like Shannon will call a hour or two latter than her usual time and i'll answer and say something stupid like why r u calling me? u don’t want to talk to me. and hang up. then she'll call me back and ask me if i'm in one of my moods and how she was riding bailey or doing home work or something and we'll end up talking for hours.... she’s a really good girl to be putting up with my crap.

Yea my jess gets like that isay one thing out of line at time and she goes off the deep end but that said she only does this when she is at a time when her own depression is getting a holdof her. she also gets VERY surpisous of everyone then she calms down and keeps sayin sorry for lashing out(she don't mean too).
Just because someone is in a relationship doesn't mean that they won't be depressed.
agreed! what is cool about being in a caring relationship tho is when you are depressed your girl or boyfriend will be there to help (or should i think) the thing about depression is even when some one is right next to u (or u know u can turn to them) you fill so lonley you don't turn to them.
depression is kind of like sucide (it's not but ..yea read and i'll try to expaline) basically your mind isn't thinking right. i don't have no numbers or sitistics but i'd bet that a high percent of the people that have commited sucide were depressed... Depresion and sucide are so hard to explaine to people that have never had / felt it. ...and saddness is not depression.
