Girls, Hello, I have a question for you which I would love to have answered since I am lost. I have a girl friend for more than 8 months now. We have kissed and hugged and all other stuff. My question is what signs should I be looking for from her that says "I want you to feel my breasts?" We were in the car the other day, and she was on top of me. I had my arms around her waist and just rubbing her body. She then moved her arms over her head. Was that the SIGN that I should go higher? I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!

It sounds like it to me!

I'm going with Ineligible's answer, lol. 
But another good way to know is to move your hands slowly upwards while you guys are intimate. She'll let you know if she stops you or not.
Or, you can just be blunt and ask "Can I touch your breasts?" 
But on top of that, just relax and don't think of this as a game plan. Just go with the flow and enjoy your time with your girlfriend. Things like these usually come naturally.

I remember the first time I went for it. If you're already on top of each other just slowly move your hands toward her chest and you'll know by her reaction. If she doesn't stop you, she's really enjoying it. Win for both of you. The first time I also gave a little 'oral stimulation' to them and she said she was surprised (pleasantly) that I went for it.  Don't forget to compliment them too.

It's simple.
Try, if she stops you, then stop.
If she let's you, you've reached a new plateau.
If she doesn't, wait an appropriate amount of time and try again.
More than likely she is waiting on you to make the first advance.

i got popped a few times b4 shannon would let me... i was 14 nd tryed to get a feel.. she'd give me this look. and my hand went back to her side. then when we would watch tv i'd try it.. i wouldn't look at her cuz i didn't want to see her face and then i'd hear her go stop caleb and wap. she'd pop me.
