Is my girlfriend pregnant?

Well, she just got on the pill.. or patch.. whatever its birth control. During the first week she had it on we did it with spermicide... (no condom) And i pulled out.
Then we did it again a couple days later without a condom or spermicide and again i pulled out.
She is now complaining of a tiny spot on her vaginal area, and her area "aches". When she pees she says it hurts, and she doesnt want any food at all.
Keep in mind the first time we did it was friday, second time was saturday. Today is Sunday.
Are we overreacting or could this be something?

As Helms says, these aren't symptoms of pregnancy. Perhaps it might be an infection, or possibly an allergy to the spermicide.
