I've learned that the best way to quit, even though it may be a bit pricy, is to use hypnotism, not SELF-HYPNOTISM, get a guy to do it for you. My uncle was a terrible smoker, then he went to one of these guys about a year ago or more, and since then, he's never had the craving for a ciggarette at all!
