what can be done to help get rid of blodd clotts or could it maybe be my hernia passed threw my mesh and is falling out again? im going to go see my surgeon sometime and see whats goin on. any comments or answers yould be greatly appreciated.. thanks

You definitely need to bring this up with the surgeon.

Blood clots (if it is a blood clot) are dangerous if they are blocking flow of blood to an area, or if they move into the blood circulation and do so somewhere else. A blood clot blocking blood supply to part of the brain is what causes a stroke, for example.
I think only athe surgeon, or another doctor who sees it, could really give any sensible advice.

at first i tought it was varicocele or wtv its called.. but its like a small lump about 1/8" -1/4"diameter and connecting from where my hernia was (pubic area)to my right testicle.... the other side dosint have it. would just simply blodd thinners get rid of the blockage?

Your Doc will probably give you an anticoagulant, that should do the trick.
