I had two moles that grew on the side of my nose. They are small and weren't flat black moles. They stuck out like dry pieces of skin. One of them came off one day and left a "zit like" bump on the side of my nose. Any ideas as to what happened and/or what they are? I also have a few others on my face and neck. Please advise
