I have gained some weight so now I'm at 200... I am 5'8 or so..

I went to college.. and well tahts when most people gain alot of weight.. however, now i'm back home and they eat out alot now.. so I gained some..

My question is... can I reach a weight of 150? I was at 160 going back and for to 165 for a long time.. and I enjoyed that.. but, i got a job and my brother stopped working out with me.. so in college I was going to get back into working out.. that failed.. Was gunna get in shape over xmas.. failed.. and now here I am gunna try again in college since my schedule is better..

So.. can i realistically get down to 150 and be healthy? further more.. think its possible to do this in college? i have meal plan and live in a dorm so its not moms home cooking.. but, well since we eat out so much at home now.. I don't guess that matters..

I'd say so, I went from 242 pounds to 205, and I eat really shitty. I'm talking junkfood, snacks, sugars etc. Everything that could kill you.

If I ate right who knows where I'd be at. But yeah you can still lose the weight.

only real problem is I have massive abs, but I can't get rid of that last little bit to actually define the 6pack D=. We know why, and I doubt I will as long as I continue. Which I plan to stupid due thursday.
