every time i try to go on a diet i just cant becuz i cant stop wanting to eat. all i feel like doing a ton of the time is just shove my face and eat, eat, eat!! How can i stop this freaking urge of eating?

Agreed about the college thing...not money wise though
My schedule this semester fucks me out of eating lunch until 2 or 3pm from mon-thursday. I have class monday-thursday from 11am-3pm, but fridays i have a break from 12-1, so I can eat!
Also one thing that will REALLY REALLY help is to stop drinking soda and other drinks loaded with sugar! I stopped drinking soda entirely 3 weeks ago(well actually I give myself 1 day a week), and I've been consistently losing 2-3 pounds a week. My body fat has even dropped 3-4% from not drinking soda.

I have the same problem, see I think my body is pretty nice but I need to watch what I eat, And it's hard because I LOVE the junk food and If I ever try to eat right ,there is nothin in my house that is healthy. And my dad wouldn buy healthy food.=[
So I guess Ive realied I need to try 101% rather thank 100%.

First off, if I don't exercise, I eat like a cow...
If I don't sleep enough, I eat like a cow...
I like to have something in my mouth (I wince as I say that in front of you horndogs), so if I don't chew gum, I eat like a cow.
And finally, when I'm bored and I don't catch myself doing it, I'll eat like a cow.
