Hi, I'm 20 years old and i have a long foreskin. My foreskin is probably around a quarter of an inch longer than my penis while soft. Hard, my foreskin covers 3/4's of my head or a little more. I would like to know if there is any way to keep it retracted for several weeks at a time (for a decent amount of time.)? And is there any suggestions about circumcision because I have been thinking about that for some time, but it is so expensive.

Doesn't sound excessivly long to me. DO you have a short frenulum keeping it from retracting?

That doesn't seem long to me, either.
I don't believe there's much you can do to keep it retracted while soft.
The various tapes and rubber bands will either be uncomfortable and/or dangerous.
Tell us what keeps the foreskin over 3/4 of the head when erect.
See a doctor if there's a real problem in retracting the foreskin, but maybe a circumcision isn't really needed and a cheaper procedure could be performed in his office.

My foreskin stays 3/4's over the head of my penis because the foreskin is so long. i want to look circumcised when erect, but not get the procedure. my frenum isnt short. it retracts fully with ease when i pull it back.

A foreskin that's 1/4 inch when soft is not long. There are foreskins that are a lot longer than that and still prove to be no problem and work just as nature intended.
Almost everybody, who still has a foreskin, can cover most, if not all, of their glans (head) when erect if they want to and completely retract if they want to.
From what you've described, you have absolutely no problem at all.
Your penis is in fine working order.

Not simple to describe without pictures, but when you retract it, grab the skin behind the head and fold it under the edge of the head. Might do just what you want to achieve.
But dunno, I too think that your junk is perfectly normal and fine.

Something is not 'naturally' right about being able to do that, but as long as it causes you no pain, I presume it's OK.
I have never heard of the ability of an uncircumcised man being able to have his glans penis exposed all the time without something holding it back.
I'm perplexed, to say the least.

That's exactly what the OP wants to know.
Maybe these guys are the real "meat cocks" (the show-ers) and the foreskin is tight enough to remain behind even the flaccid helmet head, but since there's not a great deal of difference in the erect size and the flaccid size, it causes no constriction.
Now, I have heard of it twice!
Do you or anybody know if it has a medical term?

my bro has this trick where he can keep his foreskin back like he's cut. I have no clue how he does this though, as I've tried various stuff and I can't mimic it.

when I am erect, my foreskin can be pulled all the way back to make it like I'm cut, BUT the frenulum is short enough to make the head of my penis, pull just a little downwards.
