short question. so im 15 and dont plan to have sex anytime soon. im too young and want to wait because if im not ready to suffer the consequences of sex i shouldn't be having it. (my opinion) BUT i do like to pleasure myself. [everyone says its normal right?] so whenever i try to "push" anything in there, as small as a pen, i hit something and cant push anymore. i dont know if its my "cherry" or if im just inserting it wrong. its just that nothing can actually go inside me. is this weird?

If you're inserting something and you can't push any farther, you're probably hitting your cervix, which is the end of your vagina and the opening to your uterus.

I bet it is her hymen, or maybe just "newness".
IF it goes in quite a way, then stops, it would be her cervix.

Haha well, your hymen is basically a thin barrier blocking the opening of your vagina. In some girls, it crosses the entire thing, some only part. And some dont even have one. But I'd guess that that's probably what you're hitting if youre only going half an inch or so in
If it was your cervix.. you'd probably be going 4 or 5 inches in, Im guessing
Edit: by the way, you mentioned in your original post you thought it may be your "cherry". That's the hymen.

If you really want to, that's really all you have to do. Some girls' break during exercise or a fall, and whether you break it now or save it for your firs ttime is up to you.

On some girls the opening to the vagina can be very small if the hymen is not torn. Have you ever gotten a mirror and actually looked down there?

yea, i have gotten a mirror. everything looks so foreign down there lol i dont want to do something that's going to really hurt me. (not talking about breaking my hymen) like i think everything's down there that should be.
