My girl has inverted nipples on her beautiful breasts and it doesn't bother me at all but sometimes I want to play or suck them ever so gently but how do I get them out?
I know that they do come out I've seen it, but it's only once in a while. How can I get them out when we play around?

It happens because the milk ducts in the breast are shorter than the breast is. Sometimes it repairs itself with age, other times it's just one of the things that makes us all unique. If they are coming out it's probably because she's getting aroused.. Did you ever try caressing / squeezing them? There are many ways to stimulate a breast..
