well the only reason you would touch them, really, is to play with them. so maybe he's just saying "don't touch them at all," as another way of saying, "don't play with them." because really, what else are you going to do with his nipples?

Mine are that way. Some women like to use it as foreplay. But I know for me it can't be done at the beginning because they're way too sensitive (it does tickle.. A very irritating tickle). But later on in the act it feels great.

I too find it ticklish. except just before I cum and you can do pretty much anything to them.
If you want to have fun. Blindfold him and lightly lick his neck and ears and blow where you just licked. this will give him goose bumps... Try dropping a few large drops of choclate sauce on each of them and lightly lick them clean. Blindfolding him would make him really sensetive to touch so be extra gentle when teasing them.
Being agressive about it will kill any hope of enjoyment.

I'm the same way, but I wish I never let my GF know about it!

my nipples never are "ticklish" but when they are rubbed before sex it gets me goin fast but not during sex. rubbing doesnt seem that good during it but sucking does. especially good tongue use
